• Overall responsibility for on-site construction execution and site management
• Ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and occupational health & safety compliance
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and suppliers
• Identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks
• Monitoring construction progress and implementing corrective measures in the event of deviations
• Conducting site meetings and safety inspections
• Acting as the interface between the construction site, project management, clients, and contractors
• Regular reporting to the Project Manager
• Supporting inspections, commissioning activities, and project documentation
