* Build and maintain strong working relationships with general contractors, owners, engineers, and architects to support project success.

* Support field teams through clear communication, coordination, and timely problem-solving.

* Manage pre-construction planning, including scheduling, project setup, and coordination of early project activities.

* Take full ownership of project execution, ensuring adherence to established schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

* Identify and resolve project challenges related to design conflicts, construction sequencing, manpower allocation, and material availability.

* Review and approve project budgets, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs, to maintain financial control.

* Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project scope, specifications, and contractual requirements.

* Assist in negotiating subcontract agreements and vendor contracts to secure favorable terms and reliable performance.

* Monitor project financial performance, including profitability, cash flow, and cost control, and take corrective action when needed.

* Prepare and maintain monthly cost reports and accurate cost projections to provide clear visibility into project status.

* Identify, prepare, and submit change orders, ensuring proper documentation and timely approval.

* Review and approve supplier and subcontractor invoices to confirm accuracy and alignment with contract terms.

* Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements on all job sites.

* Participate in design coordination and conflict resolution across all trades to maintain constructability and project flow.

* Lead or support the submittal, RFI, and change management processes to keep project documentation complete and current.

* Coordinate CAD, fabrication, and field labor resources to meet project milestones and adapt to changing project needs.

* Maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing company procedures and promoting a strong safety culture.
