Join a contractor supporting a large-scale data center construction project in Asheville, OH. Project scope includes site development, structural construction, MEP installation, interior buildout, and mission-critical infrastructure activities.

The Construction Safety Coordinator will provide daily field safety oversight for subcontractors, craft personnel, and supervision while ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and project-specific safety requirements.

• OSHA 30 Construction Certification
• Current CPR / First Aid / AED Certification
• Minimum 5+ Years of Construction Safety Experience Preferred
• Experience conducting field audits, inspections, observations, and hazard assessments
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA Construction Standards
• Ability to maintain a highly visible field presence on active construction sites

• Commercial Construction Experience
• Mission-Critical Construction Experience
• Contractor Safety Management Experience
• CHST, ASP, CSP, OHST, STSC, or Other BCSP Credential
• Experience Supporting Multi-Employer Construction Sites

• Provide daily field safety oversight for data center construction activities
• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
• Conduct routine site inspections, audits, observations, and hazard assessments
• Monitor subcontractor work activities and ongoing construction operations
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective action slid>
• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
• Coordinate safety activities with project management, supervision, and subcontractors
• Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
