Fashion Product Designer — Custom Apparel & Activewear

We are looking for aFashion Product Designerwith strongclothing design expertise. This role goes beyond surface-level graphics—you will designunique, commercially viable apparel piecesfrom concept to production, contributing directly to products that sell.

You will work closely with existing designers and graphic designers, but you are also expected tocreate designs and mock-ups yourself, not just hand off ideas. A strong balance ofcreative vision and commercial mindsetis essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and developcustom cut-and-sew apparelacross categories such as:

• Activewear
• T-shirts
• Bags (e.g. backpacks and duffle bags)

• Produce detailedtech packs, mock-ups, and design files

• Work closely with production, sourcing, and manufacturing teams

• Collaborate with graphic designers while also executing designs independently

• Ensure consistency infit, quality, branding, and functionality

• Conduct trend, fabric, and market research with a focus onwhat sells

• Present concepts, mood boards, and collections to internal stakeholders

• Design with acommercial mindset, ensuring products are marketable and aligned with brand strategy

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience as aFashion / Product / Clothing Designer

• Strong experience withcustom apparel design(not only graphic placement)

• Ability to translate creative ideas intocommercially successful products

• Solid understanding offit, materials, construction, and functionality

• Highly collaborative, adaptable, and open to feedback

Nice to Have

• Background in active wear or performance apparel
• Experience working with fast-growing or DTC fashion brands
