Production & Tech Design Intern — Berlin On-site

Eligibility: Enrolled mandatory internship / Erasmus / study-program students only.

High-end streetwear from Berlin since 2015. Gender-neutral design shown at Berlin, Copenhagen, Paris, and Taipei Fashion Weeks; active across Europe and Asia.

• Tech packs: Build complete specs (measurements + tolerances), BOMs, construction notes, trim cards, labeling & care.
• Pattern & fit: Support pattern updates (manual or digital), prep/facilitate fittings, write clear fit comments.
• Sampling & vendors: Track proto/SM/PP sample status, book shipments, coordinate with vendors in DE/PL/TW .
• Costing & feasibility: Gather material quotes/MOQs, basic yield/cost sheets, flag risks and alternatives.
• Calendar & tracking: Maintain T&A timelines, style trackers, and change logs (version control).
• Quality & compliance: Create QC checklists, measurement reports, test requests (colorfastness/shrinkage where needed).

• 30d: Set up T&A , sample tracker, and tech-pack checklist; finalize 1 mini tech pack ; assist 2 fittings with actionable notes.
• 60d: Deliver 1 full tech pack (BOM + tolerances + construction); ship 1 proto on time; produce basic cost/yield sheet.
• 120–180d (if applicable): Own 1 key style from proto to PP sample (patterns updated, specs locked, vendor aligned); hand over a simple SOP (tracker + templates).
  Quality bar: precise measurements & tolerances, on-time milestones, clear vendor communication, brand-consistent docs, tidy file structure.

• Enrolled in Fashion/Textile Design or Garment Technology (BSc/MSc). Portfolio required.
• Adobe Illustrator , Excel/Sheets (filters, VLOOKUP, pivots), macOS (Keynote) , Google Workspace .
• Pattern basics & sewing proficiency; strong documentation skills.
• Fluent English (working level);
  German is a plus.
• Legal right to intern in Germany (no sponsorship).

• German, Polish, or Mandarin.
• Spreadsheets, measurements, and checklists put you off.
• You avoid feedback loops and change logs.
• You prefer theory/observing over doing.

• Real ownership in a creative, fast-paced team.
• Deep insight into visual design, branding, PR/comms, and fashion operations.
• You will be part of the new collections and upcoming seasons SS27 and AW27and will actively support the organization of the Fashion Show as well as various exciting brand events
• Coaching access to senior partners (e.g., McKinsey).
