Babcox Media is seeking a creative and digitally fluent Content Producer to develop compelling multimedia content across our portfolio of industry-leading brands. This is a highly collaborative role for a strong storyteller who can connect editorial content, social media engagement, video production, and audience development into meaningful content experiences that support brand growth and business objectives.
This role will produce engaging content that informs, educates, and connects with audiences across print, digital, social media, video, and emerging platforms — while leveraging modern tools, analytics, and AI to operate at a higher level.
What You’ll Own Manage editorial production across print, digital, social media, video, and events.
Write, edit, and publish news stories, feature articles, branded content, and multimedia assets.
Collaborate with editorial leadership on content strategy, audience engagement, and editorial calendars.
Create platform-specific content for Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, X, You Tube, and emerging social channels.
Produce videos from concept through final delivery, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, editing, and distribution.
Direct talent and serve as an on-camera host when appropriate.
Analyze content performance metrics and audience behavior to optimize engagement and reach.
Maintain editorial standards, AP Style consistency, and brand voice across all platforms.
Leverage AI-powered tools and digital technologies to enhance content creation, workflow efficiency, and audience insights.
Partner cross-functionally with editorial, marketing, sales, and operations teams to support strategic initiatives and integrated campaigns.

What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Broadcasting, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
1–3 years of editorial, social media, multimedia, or video production experience.
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Premiere Pro and Photoshop.
Knowledge of SEO, analytics platforms, social media best practices, and AI content tools.
Strong writing, editing, verbal communication, and storytelling skills.
Knowledge of AP Style and strong attention to editorial accuracy and detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
High level of professionalism, creativity, initiative, and adaptability.
Automotive industry interest preferred but not required.
Willingness to travel as needed.
