Art Director Trainee

Internship Opportunity at Havas

Are you passionate about design, creativity, and visual storytelling? Do you enjoy transforming ideas into impactful visual experiences and working on creative concepts from conception to final execution? We are looking for an Art Direction Intern to join our creative team.

What will you do?

• Collaborate with copywriters in the development and execution of creative concepts for online and offline campaigns;
• Support the creation of layouts, graphic pieces, and visual content for different platforms and formats;
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas aligned with client objectives;
• Research trends, visual references, markets, and audiences to support creative development;
• Develop visual proposals adapted to the identity and positioning of brands;
• Work on the creation of presentations, mockups, and support materials for campaigns;
• Contribute to the adaptation of creative concepts to different media and formats;
• Support the review and optimization processes of creative materials;
• Collaborate with Creativity, Strategy, and Client teams to ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines.

What are we looking for?

• Higher education in Design, Communication Design, Graphic Design, Advertising, Multimedia, or similar fields;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign;
• Interest in the advertising, branding, and communication universe;
• Aesthetic sensitivity, attention to detail, and creative thinking ability;
• Curiosity, proactivity, and a willingness to learn;
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different creative profiles;
• Knowledge of digital formats (valued);
• Notions of motion design, video editing, or prototyping tools (valued);
• Eligibility for internship under the +Talento measure of IEFP.
