WTOV is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead training, hiring and onboarding of Newscast Directors and production staff for our production trailer used for live sporting events. The role also directs our weeknight 30-minute sports program and the late evening newscast, coordinating scheduling, graphics creation, and content delivery.
The position requires coordinating with producers, editors, and technicians, managing timecards, and ensuring smooth control room operations across broadcasts.
