Die MPS ARCHONIC Group sucht für ein anspruchsvolles Umbauprojekt in Höxter einen erfahrenen Bauleiter Hochbau (m/w/d) auf Freelancer-Basis. Sie übernehmen die Objektüberwachung, koordinieren Nachunternehmer und sichern Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsziele.
Start:
Oktober 2026, Laufzeit ca. 7–9 Monate, Einsatzumfang ca. 4 Tage pro Woche, Präsenz 2–3 Tage. Honorare rund 90 € pro Stunde bzw. 760 € pro Tag;
Projektbüro in Beverungen steht als Abstimmungsstelle bereit.
