Lamar Advertising Company seeks a creative General Labor (Graphic Designer) to support our Marketing, Sales & Advertising team. You'll produce digital and physical designs for billboards, logo signs, and transit formats, turning client objectives into clear, impactful visuals that enhance brand visibility. Working closely with sales and marketing, you'll manage multiple projects, prep files for production, and maintain design quality while contributing to Lamar's collaborative, community-focused culture built on integrity and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Design digital and physical advertisements for billboards, transit, and logo signs
- Translate client briefs into compelling visual concepts
- Prepare production-ready files for large-format and digital displays
- Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and media
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on campaign ideas
- Follow Lamar brand and quality standards in all deliverables
- Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients
