The Creative Producer is responsible for leading the successful execution of creative productions across seasonal campaigns, brand storytelling, digital content, and special projects. Serving as a vital member of the Creative Production team, this role partners closely with Creative Directors, Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to transform creative concepts into thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed productions.
This role is accountable for independently managing all phases of production, from project planning and budgeting through on-set execution and final delivery, while ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest creative standards. This role will help establish production best practices and fosters a collaborative, solutions-oriented team environment. The ideal candidate is an experienced producer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces change, and enjoys building new processes while helping elevate the Creative Production function.
This role is based on-site at our Corporate Headquarters in Boston Heights, OH.
- Lead end-to-end production for seasonal campaigns, brand storytelling initiatives, digital content, and other assigned creative productions from concept through final delivery.
- Develop production plans, schedules, staffing strategies, budgets, and logistical solutions that support creative objectives while balancing timeline and financial requirements.
- Serve as the primary production lead on assigned projects, proactively identifying risks, solving production challenges, and ensuring successful execution throughout every phase of production.
- Partner closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Marketing, Production Design, and external production partners to bring creative concepts to life while maintaining alignment with project goals.
- Develop and manage production budgets, monitor project spend, and complete timely budget reconciliation to ensure financial accountability.
- Build strong relationships with production vendors, photographers, stylists, and freelancers to ensure high-quality execution and efficient collaboration.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Creative Production processes by identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, improve communication, and support the team's evolving operating model.
- 7+ years of experience in creative production, photo/video production, or integrated marketing production, preferably within a retail, lifestyle, or agency environment.
- Proven experience independently leading complex photo and video productions from concept through final delivery.
- Strong understanding of production planning, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, and on-set leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate across Creative, Marketing, Production, Finance, and external partners.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and support the development of junior production team members is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, evolving production environments.
- Experience implementing or improving production processes is strongly preferred.
