• Deliver outstanding customer support in German via various channels including phone, email, and live chat for streaming services
• Assist customers with their inquiries, account management, and troubleshooting issues related to streaming content
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently
• Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM system
• Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest innovative solutions to enhance the user experience
• Stay informed about the latest trends in the streaming industry to provide customers with accurate and relevant information

• Proficiency in German (both written and spoken) is essential;
  English skills are a plus
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming or entertainment sector
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and within a team
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a detail-oriented approach
• Familiarity with CRM systems and streaming platforms is an advantage
