We're looking for a friendly and reliable Front Desk Associate to be the first point of contact for our guests and ensure they have an amazing stay!
Responsibilities- 🌟 Greeting guests with a warm smile and welcoming attitude
- 📞 Handling reservations and guest inquiries
- 💳 Processing check‑ins, check‑outs, and payments
- 🛎️ Assisting with guest needs to ensure a memorable experience
- ✔️ Excellent customer service and communication skills
- ✔️ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment
- ✔️ Familiarity with basic computer systems (we'll train you!)
- ✔️ A positive, team‑oriented, guest first attitude
Pay Range: $14-$16 per hour, based on experience.
