Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused Bilingual Care Team Agent (English/Spanish) to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, addressing their needs, and helping them access the full value of our services.

Job Responsibilities

Additionally, other duties and responsibilities may be assigned at management’s discretion.

  • Client Outreach:
    Proactively engage with clients daily via phone calls and text to provide support, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communications:
    Coordinate and execute the distribution communications to keep clients informed about new offerings and updates.
  • Service Consultation:
    Identify opportunities to introduce ancillary services that may benefit clients.
  • Carrier Coordination:
    Contact insurance carriers on clients’ behalf to resolve inquiries, facilitate services, and ensure smooth communication.
  • Mission Alignment:
    Uphold our commitment to alleviating challenges, enhancing client satisfaction, and maximizing the value of our services.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Fluent and bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and building rapport over the phone.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to identify client needs and connect them with solutions.
  • Prior customer service, outreach, or client relations experience preferred.
