Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell additional services
• Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
• Provide high-level customer service and accurately enter customer data into the Sales Force system
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the value of services
• Problem-solve and encourage customers to commit to services

• Three to six months of related experience and/or training
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Proactive approach with the ability to direct conversations and close sales
• Ability to work well with customers, addressing their needs with expertise and respect
• Outgoing personality, comfortable with engaging customers

• Associate's degree or higher in a relevant field
