Velocity is seeking a Field Operations Team Lead who will serve as the primary point of communication for our Field Technicians. The role involves receiving service requests, scheduling technicians to customer sites, verifying arrival, and managing escalations. Excellent communication and composure in challenging situations are essential.

Must be able to train onsite during the day M-F 9am-5:30pm. Some occasional weekend work may be done remotely.

• M-F 8am-4:30pm or 9am-5:30pm
• M-F 2pm-10:30pm

• Schedule and maintain appointments for Velocity Field Technicians (VFTs).
• Verify VFTs are not missing their appointments.
• Coordinate with multiple internal teams regarding VFT needs.
• Coordinate and oversee critical dispatches.
• Receive, prioritize, and resolve internal and external escalations.
• Assist in coordinating travel needs for VFTs.
• Produce daily reports regarding specific KPIs for Field Operations.

• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Enjoy meeting the needs of customers.
• Enjoy critical thinking.
• Consider yourself well organized.
• Are proficient with Microsoft 365.

• Ability to work as a team and succeed on individual tasks.
• Ability to learn and understand Velocity’s custom portals and systems.
• Ability to adapt in difficult situations to meet the needs of internal and external customers.
• Consistently demonstrate a polite, professional, patient and courteous manner when dealing with callers, visitors and all employees.

• High school diploma or GED.
