Base pay range

Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an exceptional opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Insurance Company, with the exciting prospect of working in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are multilingual, enjoy helping clients, and want to experience life in a beautiful Mediterranean setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries related to insurance policies, claims, and customer support via phone, email, and chat in German
  • Provide comprehensive information about policy details, coverage options, and premium rates to customers
  • Assist clients throughout the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective management
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery and customer experience
  • Stay updated on insurance industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant assistance
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English and Greek is a plus
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude towards customer needs
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is desirable
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary
