Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch support to German-speaking clients on financial inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with account management, transaction processes, and product-related questions accurately and efficiently
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues promptly to ensure exceptional service delivery
• Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system for tracking and improvement purposes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experiences and streamline service processes
• Stay up-to-date with financial products, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed assistance

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential;
  English proficiency is preferred
• Previous experience in customer support or client services within the finance industry is advantageous
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with financial services and products is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
