As a Customer Service Coordinator SUITX (d/f/m), you will be the central point of contact for our international customers. You will support them from order entry through invoicing and ensure that our innovative solutions not only impress technically, but also deliver excellence throughout the entire service process.
With your structured and service-oriented approach, you will play a key role in strengthening customer satisfaction and loyalty while supporting our continued international growth.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport our international customers from order entry to invoicing in close coordination with logistics and order management
Maintain direct contact with customers via phone, digital channels, or in person
Support our global sales team to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
Maintain customer master data and manage customer‑specific ordering platforms
Coordinate international inbound and outbound shipments
Contribute to customer‑specific projects in collaboration with Supply Chain Management
Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of efficient and customer‑oriented service processes
QualificationsSuccessfully completed commercial training, ideally complemented by a degree or comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in customer service or inside sales
Very good MS Office and SAP knowledge (especially SD/MM) and confident handling of common CRM systems
Technical understanding and interest in industrial, logistics, and trade environments
Strong process understanding and pronounced customer and service orientation
Fluent German and English skills; additional languages are a plus
Structured and goal‑oriented working style
High level of personal responsibility, flexibility, and commitment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
