Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for German Speaking Customer Service Representatives working for a prominent Telecommunications Company in Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy providing exceptional customer support. As a representative, you will assist clients in German, helping them navigate their telecommunications needs while experiencing the beautiful culture of Greece.

Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries related to telecommunications services, plans, and technical support through phone, email, and live chat in German
  • Assist customers with account management, billing questions, and service modifications
  • Guide clients through product features and troubleshooting technical issues effectively
  • Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer issues promptly
  • Stay updated on telecommunications trends, products, and services to deliver knowledgeable support
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential;
    English proficiency is advantageous
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the telecommunications sector, is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to multitask and manage inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
  • Relocation to Greece or ability to work onsite in Greece is necessary
