Mercier Consultancy MD is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a German Speaking Customer Service Agent to join the renowned team at  This position allows you to work in beautiful Greece, where you'll assist customers while enjoying a vibrant work environment. You will be responsible for providing outstanding service to German-speaking clients, ensuring that their travel experiences are seamless and enjoyable.

Responsibilities
  • Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and travel services
  • Provide clear, accurate information about accommodations, policies, and available deals to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, working diligently to achieve positive outcomes
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain high-quality service and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience continuously
  • Stay informed about new features, promotions, and trends in the travel industry to provide informed support to clients
Requirements
  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is beneficial
  • Experience in customer service, especially in the travel or hospitality industry, is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Able to handle challenges with poise and provide effective solutions to customer issues
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid work environment
  • A passion for travel and a desire to help others create memorable travel experiences
