• Provide exceptional customer support to German-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with inquiries and troubleshoot issues to ensure timely resolutions
• Document customer interactions accurately to maintain records and facilitate follow-ups
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate guidance to customers
• Participate in training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills

• Fluency in German (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in using various computer applications
• Ability to work well in a team environment as well as independently
• A willingness to relocate to Sofia with relocation support provided
