In this role, you will assist German‑speaking clients in navigating their travel plans and offer support to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.

• Deliver high‑quality customer support to German‑speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding travel bookings, itineraries, and accommodations
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of satisfaction is maintained
• Document all customer interactions and inquiries in our CRM system for accurate tracking and follow‑up
• Collaborate with various departments to provide solutions for complex customer issues
• Stay updated on travel regulations, promotions, and services to provide accurate information to clients

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage
• Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in the travel or tourism industry
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer experience
• Able to juggle multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with CRM systems and travel booking tools is beneficial
