Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their specific needs and business objectives
  • Design and deliver customized solutions that effectively address client challenges and increase their operational efficiency

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions while providing ongoing support to clients

Requirements
  • Fluency in Greek (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is strongly preferred
  • Previous experience in solutions consulting, customer service, or a similar role is desirable

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate strong client relationships
