JOB DUTIES:

  • Complete administrative work associated with the sales process to include high-volume estimated ship dates, order tracking, and part substitution options
  • Address incoming calls/emails regarding ship dates, tracking, and product lead times
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, and correct procedural or systemic problems.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and assist with the resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Drive business growth through accurate and timely responses to customers
  • Understand ADI/Resideo products, systems, and procedures
  • Understand/knowledge of price quotes and project registration process
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service
  • Take ownership of requests/tasks and drive them to closure
  • Work with Analysts to understand report/metric development based on customer needs

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Prior customer service experience
  • Some experience in the field
