Pattern Promotions is seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team and serve as the first point of contact for our valued guests. This essential role involves welcoming guests with a professional and friendly demeanor, managing check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their stay.

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently.
• Handle reservations, cancellations, and special requests via phone, email, and in-person.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and effectively.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs.
• Ability to multitask, remain organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
