Customer Service Representative

Based at Domino's Pizza, this role supports customers through phone and in‑person touch‑screen order processing. The position requires frequent coordination with kitchen staff and timely order handling.

• Operate all store equipment and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area into storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and ensure proper storage conditions.
• Receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility on a daily basis.
• Assist with dressing and clock‑in/out procedures as needed.

• Minimum age 16 years.
• Clear and upbeat speaking voice suitable for phone communication.
• Ability to calculate small cash transactions accurately and promptly.
• Proficiency with computers or touch‑screen keyboard for order entry.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Motor coordination and time management for rapid, precise movements.
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly; self‑motivated.
