Directly supervise the activities of 2 or more full-time employees (Assistant Manager(s), Lead Representative(s), and Customer Service Representative(s));
Recruits, hires and trains employees to ensure excellent customer service;
Schedules staff within company guidelines to maximize customer service and store image;
Develops professional relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints;
Prepares performance appraisals and provides feedback in Workday; trains employees on safety and cash handling
