PPG Industries - 19699 Progress Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide order management support for customers in assigned zones and ensure orders are processed;
Maintain accurate and efficient order management for direct customer accounts;
Log incoming/outgoing calls in the PPG CRM (Vantage Point);
Collaborate with Refinish Collision team on review and book orders containing both Collision and Commercial products;
Support process improvements in customer service as assigned by supervisor
