We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to assist customers with inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service-related support.

The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while helping maintain efficient day-to-day operations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers, solving problems, and working in a team-oriented environment.

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
• Schedule appointments and update customer records
• Document customer interactions and maintain organized records
• Resolve routine customer concerns and, when needed, elevate complex issues
• Support administrative and office operations as assigned
• Follow up with customers regarding requests and appointments
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional attitude and strong attention to detail
• Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus but not required
