Location: Lewis Center

Animal Care Center of Polaris is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused part-time receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and patients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while supporting the daily operations of our busy veterinary hospital.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and pets in a professional and compassionate manner
  • Answer multi-line phone calls and assist clients with questions, scheduling, and appointment requests
  • Check patients in and out for appointments, surgeries, boarding, grooming and daycare services
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and client communications
  • Support veterinary team as needed
  • Keep reception and waiting areas clean, organized and welcoming
  • Escalate complex client concerns to appropriate team members
Qualifications
  • Minimun of 6+ months of customer service
  • Veterinary or animal experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable handling phone calls, scheduling, and payment processing
Compensation and Benefits

$16.00-$17.00

Part-time employees are not eligible for healthcare benefits and paid-time off are not available for part-time employees at this time.
