As a Customer Support-Italian Speaker, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our Italian-speaking clients. You will be the first point of contact for any inquiries or issues, and will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge in order to provide accurate information to customers
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in Italian and English (both written and verbal)
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
