Customer Service Representative:
This role is for individuals driven to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle orders, manage inventory, maintain a clean store, and ensure accurate cash handling while communicating in a friendly and upbeat manner.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate all store equipment and handle pizza preparation.
  • Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler.
  • Receive and process telephone and in‑person orders using the touch‑screen computer system.
  • Take inventory and complete related paperwork.
  • Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
  • Maintain proper monetary change and perform basic math accurately.
  • Enter orders quickly and accurately using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
  • Communicate clearly and pleasantly with customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum age 16 years or older.
  • Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to use a calculator.
  • Good verbal, written, and telephone communication skills with an upbeat speaking voice.
  • Motor coordination for rapid and accurate movements of hands and fingers.
  • Ability to work on a touch‑screen computer system and use a keyboard.
