Customer Service Representative:
This role is responsible for operating all store equipment, preparing products, and delivering excellent customer service to our guests.

About the role:

The Customer Service Representative will work during both day and night shifts, can be part or full time, and has flexibility to schedule around other commitments. This position is ideal for those seeking a second job or an entry‑level opportunity to advance within Domino’s.

Job Requirements:

You must be at least 16 years of age.

General

Job Duties:

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare products.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Training:
Orientation and training provided on the job.

Communication

Skills:

Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers, both over the phone and in person, using our touch screen computer system. Applicants must have a clear and upbeat speaking voice when communicating with customers on the phone.

Essential Functions /

Skills:

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Must be able to make correct monetary change.
• Possess verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
