We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lisbon! If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers, this is the opportunity for you.
What You'll Do- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide solutions for website-related inquiries
- Troubleshoot and guide users through issues
- Ensure a positive customer experience
