About the Role:
Are you a French speaker with a passion for customer service? Join our team in Lisbon and support customers of a leading vehicle transportation platform. Help users with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Handle inquiries related to vehicle transportation services
- Provide guidance and problem-solving support
- Ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless experience
What We Offer:

What You Need:
Fluent French (spoken & written) and good English skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Previous customer service experience is a plus EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
