Electrical Service Technician

Prepare invoices and accept payments.
Answer the phone and schedule appointments.
You will be involved with all the day-to-day activities that happen at our company. As one of the primary contact people with our customers, you are responsible for:
- Making sure every customer is informed, happy and receiving the services requested
- Maintaining your daily duties and in a timely manner
- Communicating clearly with our leadership team
- The learning and using our software system
- Learn the phone system and how to field calls
- Check email for customers trying to schedule appointments
- Perform outbound calls when the phone is quiet
- Check voicemails and return calls as necessary
- Scheduling projects
- Ordering materials and coordinating subcontractors and equipment
- Entering and reviewing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Respond to problems or concerns with services to the customers’ satisfaction
Maintain communication with clients, providing prompt answers to requests
Convey clear, and timely information to sustaining the relationship
Maintain accurate records of all communication with customers
Accurately convey information between customers and the team
- Organize projects, processes, files and systems to drive efficiency, alleviate conflict and implement
- Organizing, categorizing, cataloguing with efficiency and effectiveness
- Recommend best practices and processes
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in customer service a plus
Excellent work history and references
