You'll play a key role in ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered efficiently while gaining exposure to sales operations and business development activities within a growing international company.

What You'll Do

  • Process and enter customer orders accurately into company systems
  • Review and verify order details, pricing, product availability, and customer information
  • Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and shipping teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipment updates, and issue resolution
  • Manage order changes, cancellations, returns, and special requests when needed
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Inventory teams to resolve discrepancies and improve order accuracy
  • Maintain organized and accurate records of customer orders and interactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the order fulfillment process
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Participate in training and development opportunities related to inside sales and business development activities

What We're Looking For

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in order processing, order management, customer service, sales support, or a related field
  • Experience working with Net Suite ERP and Salesforce CRM
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
