Bilingual Solutions Center Representative Annuities
Pay Rate: $19.51 per hour, paid weekly
Location of Assignment: Hybrid (2 days in the office and 3 days at home), Grandview Yard office: 1000 Yard. St., Columbus, OH 43212 (H building, 3rd floor)
Schedule:
- Training:
Initial training period is 6-weeks from 10:00 6:30 EST. - Hybrid: 2-days in the office and 3-days at home.
- Week 6 (Shadow Week):
Monday Friday with 8-hour shift b/t 8:00 8:00 EST - Post Training Schedule is Hybrid. 2-days in the office and 3-days at home.
- Also, after the training period, it will be a variable schedule and the shift could be any time between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST, Monday Friday and can change from week to week.
* Candidates must be bilingual in both Spanish and English*
Target Start Date: 8/10/2026, upon completion of new hire onboarding
About the Role
As a Solutions Center Representative, youll deliver exceptional service to members, partners, and financial professionals. Youll handle inquiries, resolve account concerns, and educate customers on plan benefits, all while building strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls about investment plans and products.
- Interpret policy changes and provide expert guidance.
- Maintain records and use insights to enhance customer relationships.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Educate customers on financial implications, penalties, and plan benefits.
- Strive for first-call resolution and collaborate on escalated cases.
- Participate in career development and goal-setting sessions.
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
- Education:
Recent degree in finance, business, insurance, economics, or communications. - Experience:
1+ year in customer service or sales; must be coachable and enjoy engaging with others. - Skills:
Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer proficiency.
