Location: Amsterdam
Siteimprove is seeking a Customer Success Executive to manage a portfolio of SaaS customers, drive adoption, retention and expansion, and collaborate with Sales, Services and Support to deliver exceptional outcomes.
You will leverage CRM data and scalable playbooks to improve engagement, run 1:1 and 1:many programs, and translate customer insights into actions that improve product value and renewal rates. Fluency in Dutch and professional English are required.
