THE POSITION:

The Customer Care Rep is a key position that provides first contact for customers regarding our products. You will have overall responsibility for processing orders and returns as well as delivering information to customers. Some of the other things you'll be involved in include:

Promptly and professionally answering all phone calls

Receiving and entering orders and processing RMA'sProviding technical support for all Willow Wood products THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

In addition to being passionate about what you do and dedicated to our mission and vision, applicants with the best chance of success in this position will also need the following:

High school diploma or higher

Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, ERP software, and CRM programs

Ability to interact with customers in a variety of media such as phone, email, live chat, text, etc.
