Call Center Operator

Securitas Technology is seeking a Call Center Operator to support our electronic security and life safety monitoring operations. In this role, you will handle inbound alarm and service calls from commercial and enterprise clients, quickly assess events, and coordinate appropriate responses. You will document incidents in monitoring and CRM systems, follow established escalation and emergency protocols, and communicate clearly and professionally under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Answer and prioritize inbound security and life safety alarm calls
• Verify, assess, and document alarm events in monitoring software
• Initiate appropriate responses, including contacting clients or authorities
• Follow established incident escalation and emergency protocols
• Provide clear, professional communication to customers under pressure
• Accurately record call details, actions taken, and outcomes
• Collaborate with security and technical teams to resolve issues
• Adhere to safety, integrity, and data privacy standards
• Meet performance metrics for response time, accuracy, and quality
• Participate in ongoing training on systems, procedures, and products
