Resident Services

Fath Properties is seeking a Resident Services professional to support residents and enhance community satisfaction at our multifamily apartment communities. In this role, you will be a primary point of contact for residents, handling inquiries, service requests, and lease-related questions with courtesy and efficiency. You will coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams, assist with move-ins and move-outs, and help organize resident events.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced property management environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for resident inquiries and concerns
• Process and track resident service requests and follow up to ensure completion
• Coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams to resolve resident issues
• Assist with lease paperwork, renewals, and resident documentation
• Support move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and communication
• Help organize and support resident events and community-building activities
• Maintain accurate resident records and update property management systems
• Provide courteous, timely communication via phone, email, and in person
• Monitor common areas and report issues affecting resident satisfaction
• Uphold company policies and resident service standards
