Call Center (Lead Generation) Representative

Highland Hills / Beachwood, OH | $18.75/hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses | Full-Time, Onsite

Turn your customer service experience into an opportunity to earn more and grow with Window Nation. As a Call Center Representative, you'll connect with potential customers by phone, qualify their interest, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

No sales or call center experience? That's okay. If you've worked with customers in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, or a similar environment, we'll provide paid training.

Schedule: Mon, Wed, Thurs & Fri, 12 PM-9 PM
Days Off: Tuesday & Sunday
Saturday availability and the full posted schedule are required

• Make outbound calls and engage potential customers in friendly, professional conversations
• Ask questions to understand customer needs, qualify interest, and schedule in-home sales appointments
• Accurately enter and update customer information in our CRM systems
• Work toward individual and team lead and appointment goals
• Learn how to confidently handle questions and objections while working in a supportive, team-focused environment

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working with customers, such as retail, restaurant/food service, hospitality, customer service, call center, telemarketing, or a similar environment
• Ability to reliably work the full posted schedule onsite in Highland Hills

• Communicate clearly and confidently with different types of people
• Are comfortable using a computer while talking with customers
• Can learn and navigate new systems and software
• Are dependable and motivated by goals
• Enjoy a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Are coachable and willing to learn
