Parking Gate Attendant

The Parking Spot is seeking a friendly Parking Gate Attendant to support our Transportation & Logistics operations within our Customer Service & Support team. You'll greet guests, process parking transactions, monitor gate equipment, and coordinate with shuttle drivers to ensure safe, timely airport transfers. You will handle questions, resolve basic issues, and keep entry/exit areas clean and organized. The Parking Spot offers a collaborative, innovation-focused culture with opportunities to grow into operations management, customer service leadership, or corporate support roles.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering and exiting the parking facility
• Operate gate systems and process payments accurately
• Issue tickets, receipts, and resolve basic billing questions
• Monitor entry/exit lanes and report equipment issues
• Communicate with shuttle drivers for smooth guest pickups and drop-offs
• Provide directions, facility information, and basic travel guidance
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe gate area
• Follow cash-handling and reconciliation procedures
• Apply company policies to resolve routine customer concerns
• Escalate safety, security, or service issues to supervisors promptly
