Parking Lot Cashier

The Parking Spot is seeking a friendly Parking Lot Cashier to support our Transportation & Logistics operations within the Customer Service & Support team. In this role, you will greet guests, accurately process parking payments, issue tickets and receipts, and answer questions about services and shuttle schedules. You'll monitor entry and exit gates, reconcile cash and credit transactions, and maintain a clean, safe booth area.

Working in a teamwork-driven culture, you'll help deliver efficient, courteous service that keeps travelers' airport parking experiences smooth and stress-free.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering and exiting the parking facility
• Process cash and credit card payments accurately and efficiently
• Issue tickets, receipts, and validate parking as needed
• Operate point-of-sale (POS) and parking gate systems
• Provide information on parking rates, policies, and shuttle services
• Monitor lot activity and report safety or security concerns
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier booth and work area
• Collaborate with shuttle drivers and teammates to ensure smooth operations
• Deliver courteous, professional customer service in all interactions
