Cashier, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

The Parking Spot is seeking a friendly Cashier to provide efficient, accurate payment processing for near-airport parking guests. You'll greet customers, handle cash and credit transactions, validate reservations, and answer basic service questions. Responsibilities include balancing the cash drawer, issuing receipts, and coordinating with shuttle and lot teams to ensure smooth entry and exit. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with basic computer systems while delivering hospitality-focused service in a fast-paced, transportation setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide courteous, professional customer service at payment points.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Issue receipts, validate reservations, and apply discounts or promotions as needed.
• Balance cash drawer and reconcile transactions at shift start and end.
• Respond to guest questions about parking, shuttle service, rates, and policies.
• Communicate with shuttle drivers and lot attendants to support smooth traffic flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized cashier station and follow safety and security procedures.
• Follow company cash-handling policies to minimize errors and discrepancies.
• Assist with resolving basic billing or payment issues.
• Support a hospitality-focused culture by ensuring a positive experience for every guest.
