Car Park Attendee

As a Car Park Attendee at The Parking Spot, you'll be the first point of contact for travelers using our near-airport parking services. You will greet guests, assist with parking and directions, handle tickets and payments, and coordinate with shuttle drivers to ensure timely, friendly service. Working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment, you'll help maintain a safe, clean lot while delivering exceptional customer support and representing our teamwork-driven, service-focused culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering and exiting the parking facility
• Provide clear directions, answer questions, and resolve basic customer concerns
• Issue tickets, verify reservations, and process payments accurately
• Guide vehicles to available spaces, ensuring efficient use of the lot
• Monitor lot and shuttle areas for safety and cleanliness
• Communicate with shuttle drivers and team members via radio or mobile devices
• Report any incidents, damage, or maintenance needs promptly
• Follow cash-handling and security procedures
• Uphold company standards for professional appearance and service
• Support teammates and contribute to a positive, efficient work environment
