Customer Service Representative (CSR)
📍Northfield, OH
💲 $17/hour | Full-Time
At Jackson Comfort Services, our CSRs are the heart of our business. You're the first person our customers talk to when they need help, and you set the tone for every interaction.

What You'll Do- Answer incoming customer calls, texts, and chats
- Schedule HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service appointments
- Create and update customer records
- Work with dispatch and technicians to keep schedules running smoothly
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Keep accurate notes and documentation in our CRM
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized with strong attention to detail
- Dependable and reliable
- Comfortable learning new technology
- Service Titan experience
- Call center or dispatch experience
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services experience
