Customer Service Representative

Provides quality service by telephone to bank customers in an efficient and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Receives and fields incoming customer service calls from customers.
• Researches and resolves customer inquiries.
• Provides basic account services, including balances and transfers.
• Handles requests on accounts, cards, or payments and provides support to other teams within the department.
• Supports digital banking, which may include passwords and basic navigation.
• Transfers calls to appropriate bank personnel or into voice mail when necessary.
• Performs daily Synergy processing and various other basic tasks for Deposit Operations.
• Monitors excess transactions.
• Reviews all "On Us" checks of $5,000 and greater for Fraud Mitigation.
• Conducts daily Mobile Deposit Review.
• Processes and tracks all returned mail and notifies branches of returned mail.
• Orders checks as needed.
• Prints and mails debit cards daily in addition to auditing the inventory count of supplies.
• Maintains knowledge and expertise in utilizing technology and numerous software packages used by the Bank.
